Ya know, I was just sitting here thinking. Maybe the BCM eggs need to go into lock down on day 19-20? It's just something
I was sitting here brainstorming and wondering if they don't need more time to "cook" because of their shells?

That's an interesting point. I think the last batch I sent to lock down a day late. I had miscalculated the day, (senior moment) and they pipped the next. That was a good hatch so it sure didn't hurt.

Look at this packaging! This is incredible! Not one broken egg. My heart did sink though when I went
in to get them. I asked the guy if he had eggs for me and he looked at me like I was crazy, he said "No".
I was like yes you do, do you have package for me? He said Oh yes, we have two packages for you, but they arent
eggs. As he picks them up, one was thrown on its side. He tossed it on top of the other one and I screamed at him> THOSE ARE EGGS!!!!!!!


He looked at me, and said....."Well they aren't marked!"........To give him the benefit of the doubt, no they didn't say "Eggs"
but clearly were marked fragile and perishable. SO we'll see......

The "C" are the Black Coppers and the blank ones are all Blue Marans. Now to sit on my hands for the next 24 hours! UGH!!!

I received my NPIP certification number this morning... I am #1!!!!!!!

It only took 2 freakin' years!!!!

Sorry I took so long, Deb... I had two people come by for eggs, one of which is in the middle of chemotherapy, so it was nice to get a chance to visit for a little bit.

Now I get to go clean brooders, and get duckies ready to go to their new home.
