I've had everything from 6-24 hours recommended to me by different shippers. I try to give it 12-24 depending on how old the eggs are. Most say between 12 and 24. It just ups your odds Ashia, but it shouldn't kill them all certainly, and 8 hours will help. Have you candled yet? You are at about day 12 right? If so you should have a look. What Deb says about handling is the main thing. Rough treatment cause more trouble than anything.

I usually set my eggs the evening I get them. So 6-8 hours. If they're scrambled by the PO, it doesn't matter how long you let them "settle"... they aren't going to hatch. So just put them in, handle them as little as possible, increase the humidity just a tad, and let them go.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so I can get the ball rolling tonight eh?

#3 BCM is out, I don't have much hope for the other ones, but I'll keep them in there for a couple more days. I have two more Wildwood eggs hatching right now. So, once these are hatched, I'll have 32/37 total eggs out.
