Hi, can I use albendazole to worm my peafowl? How much should I give them?
How many times a year do they need it?
Thanks

Albendazole is actually a little better than fenbendazole as it is water-soluble and kills more types of worms. The dosage is the same. We deworm twice per year for the yearlings and mature birds. 2.ml for yearlings and mature hens and 3.ml for mature cocks given orally and repeated in ten days. To get all types of worms give for five days and again in ten days.
