I opened a case against him. Unfortunately he bid on & won one of my auctions. I just refunded his money & opened a case on it as I refuse to sell to him. Ebay will see I already have a case against him. He is now on my blocked list.
I can't believe I'm having to play games with these people. It is absolutely crazy how they can get away with this!

Ebay denied this & says I must sell to them. I refuse. It's clear that we already have a case opened because of this person being dishonest... I don't understand why they expect me to follow through with this transaction. I feel that no matter what, because I have opened a case against him He will then just be spiteful & try to say the eggs I sold were inaccurate or something.
I am very frustrated now. More so with Ebay because people get away with this.

I've so frustrated right now. I hate to not sell on ebay as I really enjoy it. Most people are really good & honest... Guess we'll see if I have to quit or not...

i'd send him eggs....right after i shook the ever living $h!t out of them after taking them out of the microwave. after all....you can't be responsible after the eggs have shipped.....but that's just me. i get even when i can.

I am sorry that you are having such a hard time. Now that you blocked him you should be clear of him in the future.

I would take the high road on the sale that has already gone through. Show him how it should be done, take the money, ship him the right fertile eggs and be done with him. For many small farms like ours ebay, eggbid and ovabid let us get out to a wider population and it is very helpful. You should not give that up for one shady person. If he has made the dicision to give you bad feedback regardless of your service he will do it anyway. At least you know you were fair.

I have no idea what's going on. I refunded his $ right after I realized it was him. I've contacted ebay again, still no answer.
LOL, I would love to shake each egg & stuff, but I don't have a spiteful bone in my body. It would just make me feel worst... It's a nice thought though.
