She needs vitamin E and selenium asap. Albon is used to treat coccidioiss not sour crop. Nystatin is used to treat sour crop. I'd also give her some b complex drops, organic uncooked oatmeal over her feed along with diced baby kale.

Would corid not be better for coccidiosis IF her crop is sour, rather than a sulfa antibiotic that would make a potential yeast infection worse?I would follow @casportpony ’s advice that she might have coccidiosis. Albon is a sulfa antibiotic. She explained the many things it can treat. Crop stasis can happen during coccidiosis and other illnesses. You pullet looks young, and lethargic, and coccidiosis is very common in young birds with those symptoms. More common than sour crop in youngs birds.
