I have turkeys about 6 weeks old, ducks that are 5 and 3 weeks old and I have chicks that are 6 weeks and 3 weeks old. At what age is it ok for the chicks to go onto the all flock? Should I wait till they are 18 weeks or start laying? Right now I’m buying 3 different types of feed and that’s fine I’m just not sure if I can switch and I have had people recommend all flock

Chicks can eat all flock from the start.
Thank you. I’ve only ever had chickens so this year when we decided to expand to other animals I wasn’t sure. Do you know if it’s safe for the ducks and the turkeys from the start as well. If possible I would like to switch them all over the next time I have to buy more feed

Turkeys need higher protein. Hence why Turkey Starter is usually 28%. Ducks need niacin, but you could sprinkle brewers yeast on the All Flock for them to up the Niacin.

Turkey's can go to a All-flock/Flock Raiser around 8 to 10 weeks.
Most ducks can have a Flock Raiser or Meatbird feed from hatch and a All-Flock pellet after 7 weeks according to Nutrina Naturewise and Purina Premium feed Recommendations.

I do have the turkeys on a turkey feed, and the ducks right now get niacin in there water and brewers yeast in there food. We are going to try to put them all outside in one are and I was hoping the all flock would be a solution so they weren’t eating each other’s food. I didn’t know a good way to keep them all in the same coop at night with 3 different types of food. Thank you for your help

Thank you, for the picture. Everything I googled had mixed answers on each animal so I figured I would ask on here too see what everyone was doing.
