All fluffed up?

I woke up this morning and 3 of my 4 3-week old chicks are all fluffed up.

is this normal, or is this a sign of some strange illness? They all seem quite content. Maybe just showing off their beautiful plumage?

They could be a bit chilly. How is the temperature in their space? Otherwise they might just be sleepy and getting ready for a nap.

Temp has been fluctuating a bit, but stays between 80 and 85. Three of the birds are 17 days old, and the other one is 13 days old. So, yes, I think it might be a bit chilly for them. Wonder why they are not sleeping underneath the heat lamp? They just fall asleep wherever they cannot stay awake anymore.
