I hatched this boy myself and he was the only one out of the group that survived. When I get home at night he wants to sit in my lap and take a nap. The thing I love most about him is that he is so sweet. I lucked out for my first roo!!!!

Oooooh! Maybe I need about 500 Astrolop roos to rid our farm of all the darn field mice. They get into our van/RV conversion we use for weekend living quarters there and make an awful mess. Connie

Yes...outside! He caught it then carried it up to the back door screeching with his mouth full. I thought something was trying to kill him. I open the door and there he was with a mouse swinging from his mouth by its tail. Legs running in the air...poor thing was still alive...but not for long.

That is sooo cute! Running to show you what a good hunter he was.

I take the mice away from my cats (after praising them endlessly for being such big hunters) and then feed the mice to the chickens.

I am surprised he didn't gulp it down!
