Our local Coop has both so we are headed to get some, Thanks!Worms in babies!!! How AWFUL. Corid treats Coccidiosis.... Dosage: 1.5 teaspoons (NO LESS) of 20% powder per gallon OR 2 teaspoons of 9.6% liquid per gallon. Make sure it's the *ONLY* water they can access during treatment, give it to them for 5-7 days, and mix fresh at least once daily.![]()
Valbazen liquid goat wormer gets every worm a chicken can get. Wazine also works well for roundworms. The dose for Valbazen is: 1/2cc for standard adult chickens, 1/4cc for bantams and pullets... I imagine you'd barely need a tiny drop for a chick. I have no idea what the "official" dose would be for that. Repeat dosage in 5 days. Give orally undiluted. I do not know the dose for Wazine, but I *think* there might be a way to put it in their water.
Both Valbazen and Corid can usually be found at your local feed store or you can order it online. I hope that helps!! MrsB
