Don’t know how better to describe them... except that they are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!! They are incredible!! I am obsessed!

Bootsie is doing great, but he is getting full of himself, for his size and age!
He is still smaller than my banty cochin!
What surprised me is, he has figured out what he is supposed to do later on as he gets older....

Well, I will say... they MUST be cooked properly or they won’t be good... and from what I know is what I’ve experienced from having them at Chinese buffets or in other states is that no one does it like we do! “We” meaning us Louisianians
