Oh, and the gal brought my kennel... and said TRUMP is enjoying his new ladies
This is such a relief! Not only am I SO glad that I decided to rehome him... but that he is happy where he went makes this transition sooooo easy

That is great. They will love it. The outside world is wonderful for chicks as they grow. Great job.

Now as far as them eating them out of the yard... I’m not sure they would be able to dig em out... maybe they could.. but they are pretty deep. My grandson was here trying to fish them out with a piece of meat.. he dug down and had scooped out a bunch of babies!

That is something. I need to look up the life cycle of crayfish.

Hey! Well, we have a big family so if we ever do the boiling ourselves it would be 40lbs or more... but when it’s just the three of us we buy em already boiled... it’s just easier and the price isn’t that much different... we’ll usually get 20lbs cooked... and I’ll boil the potatoes, corn, and sausage myself...

Morning House cleaning I get to try and sweep again, tried it once after I broke my wrist and nope, almost made me cry. Will see if it's better this time .

Crawfish mounds!
They ruin your yard!!

Good afternoon! Really...I didn't know that they came on land...that's crazy!
My son wants to come to Louisiana & go fishing, I told him that your boys do a lot of fishing & I'd see if I could get some information from you!

I have to get you some! Her feathers on her back are a bit messed from TRUMP....

Some of my hens are missing a lot of feathers on their backs too. I'm going to make protectors for them! I only wanted one rooster...

You learn something new every day! I'm a little jealous ...I love crawfish. We get them out of the mountain Lakes & streams here, but not as abundant as what you have!
