Looks like they were really enjoying themselves! I love their names.💞

I still haven't decided on a theme of names for my littles. 🤔
Thanks☺️
They were definitely a box of chocolates cuz when I got them I didn’t know what most of them were😄

Okay, have yall ever heard of this! So I have a senior group… the three 7 year old queens, two 4 year old leghorns, Minnie and Daisy, and their “nurses”😄 the two BB reds.. Itsy and Bitsy… and my mix Pickes… anyway, one of the old ladies laid a blue egg today😳😱 what on earth! I assume it’s Kelly’s… she normally lays the green egg! This is her normal green and the blue from today! Crazy right!? In all her 7 years she lays a blue egg! Why!?

I thought they only laid one color in their lifetime. The color can become diluted over time, but that is a vivid change. I'm far from being an expert. :idunno

I know! I think that is how it works! It’s just so weird!

Are you positive it was her egg? Do you have a blue layer that might have laid it? Just being nosey...😉😁
Not in that coop!! That’s why I was so shocked by it! I don’t think a leghorns white egg would turn blue and Rosemary and Maryn lay a light tan/brown… so the only one that would make half a sense would be Kelly’s green… and that doesn’t even make any sense 😵‍💫
