All my chickens have runny poop since birth

So I have 11 EES that are 24 weeks old and 7 EES that are 13 weeks old and all of them have runny poo, since I've had them..I thought gapeworm cause I've seen some of the older ones look like a yawn every now and then but I dunno, doesn't seem bad if its that.. I have no clue so I came here to see what y'all think they otherwise seem fine they eat appropriate feed and a random tomato from the garden sometimes my girls will throw them a handful of white clover flowers and they love it.. let me know what u think, should I be concerned?

I fed Purina medicated chick starter the first 4 months now they are on tractor supply brand mini pellet layer feed, I'll try and get some pics of the poo, it looks more normal under there roost like more solid, but in the day time they are pretty much straight water lol maybe they just drink too much? No clue
