All my eggs are double yolk?

Double yolks are a completely normal thing for new layers. As their systems mature, they will stop releasing multiple yolks. It's kind of sad when it stops.

My cuckoo marans are laying jumbo double yolks every time. So this too shall pass?

Yes, it will pass once their systems mature. My Easter Eggers lay about 5 or 6 double yolkers a week for the first month or two when they start laying.
