So sorry to hear of the problems!
Here is a founder treatment I've heard about that perhaps could help, BUT BE SURE TO RESEARCH because I'm NOT sure it's safe or reliable:
I've heard that sometimes pricking the horse's leg a couple places just above the hoof can help relieve pressure and problems of blood pooling and stagnating. I believe this is supposed to be done not immediately but perhaps a couple/few days into treatment, so that fresh, flowing blood isn't just bled out.
Again--WARNING! WARNING! I don't know if this is a valid treatment. I've thought I might use it in a founder case (after more checking) if I encounter one in future, though, that seems like might be helped by it.
