My parents have blue eyes, their parents have blue eyes. My husband and son have hazel.

I'm blond (or was, grey now) and blue eyed. My Dad's father came from the island of Mon in Denmark. His mother's parents were from N. Germany. He was blond and blue eyed as a kid but as a adult his hair darkened to black. My mom was a red head with brown eyes--her ancestors were all Palatine Germans. My brother has brown hair and eyes. My two daughters are blue-eyed blonds. Wife is of Norwegian/English ancestry--blond, green eyes

Vikings gave rise to the Russ--which became Russians--the Normans(Northmen)--which were Dutch, French then English--raped and conquered most of Ireland, Scotland and Britain--took control of Sicily and S. Italy--served as mercenaries for the Turks in Persia and the Egyptians in what is now Libya and Tunisia. In the meantime they imported a lot of Europeans back into Scandinavia as slaves. That spread a lot of blue eyes and Dupuytren's constricture around the world. They actually got to N. America but that didn't work out too good for them procreation-wise.

Hi family.

My kid is blue-eyed, and my parents had light eyes. Me, dh and other kid have brown eyes and my brother and sister have dark hazel green eyes. So I guess I'm related too. The big boy's eyes are sea colored; they change from blue, to gray, to green depending on what he is wearing and what the weather is like. The other boy has eyes so brown you can hardly see the iris. We're American mutts of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, Irish, English, Welsh and French descent.

I've known two people with amber colored eyes. Very striking, and as close to cat's eyes as a human can get.

i'm the genetic fart in my family;
my mom has rusty red hair and green eyes. my dad has dark brown hair and brown eyes. my sister has dark brown hair and green eyes, my brother has light brown hair and brown eyes. i have blonde hair and gray eyes. maybe i was adopted

My ancestors are from the Netherlands...and I have blue eyes. DH also has very blue eyes. Which means waaaay back he and I are related....ewwww...

Our 6 month old daughter has the bluest eyes I have EVER seen.

I have blue eyes, as do my daughters. I don't know anything about my family history other than my great-great-great-grandparents on my dad's side came to the US from France.
