Maybe you can blow it. Carve a small hole on either end with a needle, then blow until everything comes out. That's how we prep eggs to paint.i hope so.

I have had a triple yoker. It almost looks to be the same size as your egg. I havent gotten any double yokers in a long time....
nothing is as bad as poison ivy all over one side of your face 3 years in a row....
