It's been winter I've just been sick alot... studied abit... worked when i wasn't sick... and went on a short trip a couple weeks back

I recently took a trip with my Fiancé and my parents for their anniversary, and just went to meet the future inlaws last weekend. It was a lot of fun.

I kept waking up last night because I just randomly wasn't breathing, it was really weird. To my knowledge, I've never had apnea before. And now, while I'm awake, sometimes I'm forgetting to breathe or I'm just breathing too shallowly. It's very strange. Random symptoms have been appearing and worsening the longer I go without regular horse riding(other forms of exercise make me feel awfully sick, except swimming).

Oh, I'm so sorry! I'll be praying for you! My dad has severe sleep apnea and it sounds just awful to have. I hope your sleeping and breathing improves!!!

If I've suddenly developed apnea, it's something neurological, not physical. I know folks that are overweight have issues, but I'm skinny as a rail. I've been slowly deconditioning and I'm so unhealthy now.

My dad has a severe form of sleep apnea, he almosy didnt breathe all night. And since he has had his machine he still has episodes but not as bad.

Both of my Fiancé's parents have it, but it's obstructive. My dad says he's occasionally had episodes like I'm having, but they are few and far between and must also be neuro. All very strange.

Seems to be slightly improving now? A little bit ago when I wasn't breathing if I wasn't thinking about it, I couldn't regulate it properly and I was getting very lightheaded trying to breathe manually, but I think it might be starting to go away. I certainly hope it is.

Yeah i did! I don't get out much so it was stressful but i got to see alot of old friends that I'd lost contact with which was nice.

I started practicing Florabunda Style art just for fun, and now I'm going to do something very non-florabunda with it. It'll get inked over, so I've got notes to make sure I don't do something wrong in my absence of mind, lol.

Getting inky. I've never done ink art like this and I am very impressed with myself. It's definitely no longer Florabunda at all.
