Yes, definitely!!Ohh so it's more like a "happy" celebration than a "scary" oneif you know what I mean

Yeah I couldn't imagine a church dressing up as mommies, ghosts and all that kinda stuff!Yes, definitely!!
Yeah, the church we are having it at used to be my church. They wouldn't let me have my bridal shower there because my Fiance is an Orthodox Christian instead of Protestant Christian, and being in the "Greek Orthodox Religion" went against their "church policies" (despite the fact that I'm protestant...). But they host annual super bowl watch parties, do Halloween stuff, and allow some very questionable people to attend, and it's just a power trip. No longer my church. Our little group of friends isn't really celebrating Halloween stuff though, it's just an excuse to get in costume and play games! It's mostly a Thanksgiving event, even though we're early.Thats cool!! It's funny, Chritians in America celebrate halloween while Christians in Aussie don't (In australia its like a clebration of the devil) But my cousins (who are American) said their church celebrated Halloween and I was like "What?!"

Our church doesn't dress up much anyways, some will but most don't, they more so just open up the church to the public and those are the people who dress up.Yeah I couldn't imagine a church dressing up as mommies, ghosts and all that kinda stuff!
Same here in the Catholic faith. November first is All Saints and on Oct. 31 we go pray at church and stuff like that, Sing the litany of Saints which is my favorite. All Saints Eve" and is a wonderfully reverent holiday to venerate all the saints.![]()

Meanwhile "Halloween" is celebrated in the Orthodox church as the original "All Saints Eve" and is a wonderfully reverent holiday to venerate all the saints.![]()

I think Halloween originated as “All Hallows’ Eve,” which was always the day before All Saints’ Day, the first.Yeah, the church we are having it at used to be my church.
