all who are hatching quail

I've had coturnix quail hatch anywhere from day 16-21. We have 4 in our mini bator that spent their first 6 days under a broody hen until she abandon them. They were still warm when we put them in the bator. They went into lockdown yesterday and haven't seen any movement yet, and really not all that hopeful but had to give them a chance just in case.

Have more eggs on their way which we are hoping to set on Thursday.

I have 27 chuckars,ordered 30 chicks from murrary mcmurry,the dog got 2 one was sickly and the other 27 are full grown.I had canceled the order since I was going in hospital,but the day I got out the mail lady brought me a little 15 by 15 by 5 in box,it had all 30 chicks in it.Ive kept them with my texas a#m,s till yesterday when the chuckars started chasing the younger quail..Paid about $56.00 plus shipping,total was about 72$.I see in their catalog they want about $90.00 for 25 eggs.The birds in picture were just put outside yesterday.

I have 22 Coturnix Quails just hatch. And 14 Blue Scaled Quails due this Thursday to hatch. Soo fun and exciting !!!

I bought them on EBay.

I actually Have 162 coturnix quail eggs in the incubator now they r supposed to be all colors as well

Wow!!!! They'll be like popcorn going off when they start to hatch. Hope you get a good hatch rate.

We put 36 in the incubator this morning.

I have about 40 button quail eggs in the incubator, from silver, silver pearl,white, Blueface, golden pearl and wild colored quail....can't wait to see what literally pops up Lol.

Going on day 20 with jumbo brown coturnix no signs of hatch yet also have 6 bobwhites in there as other half of eggs where busted in shipping hopefully coturnix start pipping
