too hot is the most dangerous, cold temps just slow down the hatch, dont go over 101, and its not good to go below 96 for long periods

now sticking at 101.3 (moved the eggs a inch away from light so should be good

Yall are so lucky I have to sell my unwanted mix chicks so I'm not paying to feed 10 adult chickens and 21 almost 1 month old chicks

wow i have BAD temps!!!!!!!!! been better but still, possibly some development in the eggs....(candled them)
but my eggs in the bator-bator are all good

just got a batch of eggs in the mail! usps people did a number on the box...

all but one survived, so i just looked at the yolk on that last one. theyre all in the bator now and i cant wait for 16 days to pass!

I have 68 Coturnix eggs in the incubator right now.
18 adults out in the pen.

Our 1st time hatching them. Bought a fancy incubator that turns, circulates air, digital temp, etc.
These will be sold to pay for incubator investment(if they hatch or enough hatches) and then we will do another batch for ourselves to replace our adults.
Adults will go to the freezer.

Love my quail, so cute and so easy.

how exciting! i go into lockdown tomorrow for one clutch, and i just put a second clutch in another bator.

im the same way. ill keep one here and there for breeding but other than that id rather give them away than have to kill them
