I'd say charge what people are willing to pay you. It varies so much out here I'm in the same boat; not quite sure what I should be selling them at. Cheap white eggs in the store go for .98 cents a dozen. Then you see the "organic" brown eggs, which are $3.99 a dozen. Free range brown eggs are only slightly cheaper by maybe .20 cents or so. I've yet to see any blue or green eggs in the store. Not sure what exactly they'd go for if the stores were able to get their hands on them. I'm aiming for $2.25 a dozen locally and will knock .25 cents off the price of future eggs if they bring their cartons back for their next dozen.
