100% doesn't work well for EE's - just raised a batch and their combs are so weird that it's nearly impossible to tell early on.

I'm glad for you that this was the case! And I'm sure there are exceptions in some lines of Ameraucanas too, but my blue wheaten/wheaten chicks are very predictable by comb row number.

Brahma hens also have three rows. That sexing method is inaccurate in my opinion.

I know that for EEs it does not work. I have yet to get an ameraucana though

This is my Americauna. Well it was sold to me as that but some say EE.. Either way I think she is beautiful

Looks like a pullet! Keep an eye out for a comb that gets larger or redder and pointed saddle feathers as it matures!
