Almost Home~~A Story Game

Molly continued stomping through the forest branches and sticks, clearing the way for the small chickens. They were getting through another clearing when she said, "Aaaah! There we are!" In front of her there was a
boulder, with a hollow spot underneath. It wasn't by any means large, but big enough for Molly. Beside it, sheltering the hollow under the boulder from wind, was a hollow stump that would fit the chickens.

"Right, this will do. You two in there," she nodded towards the stump, "and I'll sleep in here." She started walking into the the hollow beneath the boulder, then stopped. "If you two need anything.....just...let me know." She trotted quickly into the hollow, and laid down, making sure not to look at the two hens.

(Yeah, go ahead.)
Lillia got a long drink from a neaby puddle and began to forage for her supper. The sky soon became overcast, and darkened from both the coming storm and the evening. Lillia hurried back to the stump.

"Get inside, Chyken!" Molly was now curled into a tight, puffy, white ball. Just as Lillia, and Tina got inside the stump, it started to rain heavily. Molly curled up and slept until morning.

"Are you SURE that the rain's all cleared up?? I DON'T want to get wet. At all! Make sure!"

"I am very cold" Tina whispered as she fell asleep

"Are you SURE that the rain's all cleared up?? I DON'T want to get wet. At all! Make sure!"

Molly was huddled up in her hollow, while the two other chickens were standing outside.

"Make sure! I don't want a SINGLE drop to touch me!"

"Oh, you'll get wet. It's flooded" Lillia said.
"REALLY!!??" asked Tina.
"It's sarcasm, of course not."

"IT'S FLOODED!!!?? Molly screeched. "I am NOT coming out. No!"

"You'll be fine!" A voice behind Lillia said. Lillia turned to look and saw a tall, tan, dog standing behind her. "Hello, little chicken." The dog grinned, showing it's bright, white teeth.
