This is my second year trying to hatch duck eggs. Last year I tried twice but because of the humidity that I I kept to high they did not develop the right size air cell. This year I have 18 going strong babies and I am ready for lock down on the 5th of March. I still feel that the air cell is to small in a lot of them even though I have done my best to keep the humidity low. I do take them out once a night and cool a little and mist as I read that this would help them lose the fluid as well.
Should I be misting at all at this point where lock down is so soon and I need those cells to grow??
I also read that the air cell in duck eggs will grow more towards the end? Is this correct??
Thanks for any help out there
