I live in Honolulu (in town) and have 2 pet black silkie (Patty) and one Japanese/silkie mix (Poppy). Poppy I've had for 2 yrs and Patty for about 6 months. They get to be outside year round in Hawaii's beautiful weather. They roost inside a bougainvillea bush! Am looking forward to being a part of BYC's community. [IMG]

Welcome from New Hampshire!!! Great site for justing reading up on alot of stuff. My Girls are in their coop right now looking out the door wondering if they want to venture into the cold New England rainstorm [IMG]. They probably are not going to much for the snow this winter either! [IMG]

You are going to love it here at BYC ~ it is a friendly group with loads of information!

My daughter graduated from Hawai'i Pacific University in 2008 giving me the opportunity to visit your beautiful islands several times. She lived in both Kaneohe, and Waikiki. I am looking forward to returning again!
