"altered mental status" hen?

What does she do when u pick her up? Does she feel like she has eaten anything in her craw? Have you added any new chickens lately or moved her to a new pen lately?
 
After watching the video..I would not cull her....she seems to react but she's just not interested...I would just leave her....she may get back to her old self...she looks like she has been eating though. Just watch and see if she lays an egg In the next few days...and then u will know she isn't egg bound if she lays one.
 
Hmm... Her comb looks kind of droopy too. Is she always like that? I'm having a similar problem but she goes on and off with it.

No one can upload videos to BYC, the site is not set up for that type of media. Everyone uses mediums/hosts such as youtube so the video can be embedded by linking from the host site.
DO YOU HAVE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT? If so, you have a youtube account w/o signing up. Google owns youtube. I use my Google user name and password to use my youtube stuff.

From the photographs, The bird looks healthy. A deep dark comb. I'm guessing egg bound or borderline broody still without witnessing the behavior you are describing. So I'm sorry I can't be of assistance.
@lazy gardener might have an opinion.
 
She looks like she doesn't want to move, like moving may be uncomfortable for her. Has she lost weight? Is her belly bloated? Can you post a picture or her poop?
