The house ravished, papers flung everywhere, furniture off-center. Carolyn stopped right inside and held out a hand to stop Kurayami. "Don't move. Someone is here, Arron is OCD."

The house ravished, papers flung everywhere, furniture off-center. Carolyn stopped right inside and held out a hand to stop Kurayami. "Don't move. Someone is here, Arron is OCD."

Kurayami stepped dead in her tracks slightly bent over in the middle of tip-toeing like the characters in cartoons often did it.

"Very good Carolyn." A voice said. It seemed to come from every spot in the room, and it was aimed directly at her. "Who are you?" Carolyn hissed. "Who do you think- oh wait, that's right you don't remember me." A dark figure seemed to come out of no where. "I am Magnus." He said with a mock bow.

"Very good Carolyn." A voice said. It seemed to come from every spot in the room, and it was aimed directly at her. "Who are you?" Carolyn hissed. "Who do you think- oh wait, that's right you don't remember me." A dark figure seemed to come out of no where. "I am Magnus." He said with a mock bow.

Kurayami stood rigid unsure of what to do. She tried to keep her racing heart under control.

Ethan turned the last page of his book go reveal several empty pages, sitting there uselessly. With a sigh, he shut it and tossed the bundle of paper onto his desk. He looked around his room; it was scarcely decorated, with only the most essential furnishings. His apartment was shabby and with one room. It was all he could really afford, despite the fact that he had several jobs. He slumped in his chair and glanced at the clock. He would be late for his next shift if he didn't get ready soon.

Kurayami stood rigid unsure of what to do. She tried to keep her racing heart under control.

Magnus watched the two his gaze freezing them. "You won't find what you're here for. I've been through it all." Anger burned in Carolyn's eyes. "Now that I'm face-to-face with you... And it seems like your the one who took him, I'm going to have to find out where the h*** he is, then kill you." Magnus had an Berle raised, now with no smile. "Carolyn don't cause unessacary trou-" it was too late. Carolyn had already grabbed a knife off of the floor of the ravished kitchen and was now lunging at him. Magnus had already disappeared and reappeared somewhere else. The effect of him vanishing was somewhat similar to a small black hole absorbing him, then rebuilding him again somewhere else.
