Here is my setup. It is roomy enough for 6 hens. The coop part has an OSB floor and wall, pine shavings for litter. The bottom run is sand. Future plans include paint, vent tower, solar LED lights, nipple waterers. I don't have a current pic, but I replaced the poultry wire with heavy hardware cloth. I made "pillows" out of the used poultry wire and stuffed them with mulch to make a living roof system (that isn't working very well). I built this a year and half ago and so far so good.

I have too say...it is utterly...amazing how many coop designs there are ...
guess..you are only limited..by your imagination...
though i do agree...the plan seems rather small...
