Alton Brown's Pumpkin Bread recipe

All I know for sure is is that I wouldn't trust that easy bake oven to do it in!

I see two options, just substitute your canned pumpkin for the fresh and either add more flour or some milk or another egg to get it to a good batter like consistency if it's too dry or too wet. Maybe back off on the sugar some if yours is sweetened.

Option two, look for a recipe with canned pumpkin.

Oh! Another option, when my wife gets home for work I'll ask what recipe she used when she made a Hubbard Squash bread. It was very good.

Not to bad mouth Mr. Brown or anything but I can't believe the pumpkin seeds would be better than pecans or walnuts.

I dont think I will make it with pumpkin seeds, raisins or nuts in them. I would like to make them plain just like banana bread.

My canned pumpkin is Libby's and no, they are not sweetened.
