Always that one

Good morning. Why is it no matter how many eggs I set I always get one that hatched a day earlier then the rest?

Are you using an incubator ? It may be that there is a 'hot spot' in the incubator where certain eggs develop more rapidly.

I use an old L.G with an old cumputer fan and hand turn so the eggs get moved around the incubators so their not in any one spot for more then 8 hours

Well this time I've got two maybe the temp was too high
