Males' spots are larger, splotchier, irregular. Females are "tighter" and more defined around the edges.

Sorry, going to go and say it looks like a pullet to me. Agree, it looks like a Barred Cochin to me.

Honestly, you 'll have to wait to be sure of the sex. I've had girly boys and boyish girls in BRs. Usually you can tell, but natural light is best when sexing, not a flash on the camera. The best sexing method is the "Wait and See Method",
