Looks like a buckeye cockerel. His pea comb is a bit weird looking, but he could just be impure for the gene.

It's either a hatchery type Buckeye or one of the new types of Easter egger. I have no idea which one, though.

And yes, it is definitely, 100% a cockerel. He's pretty handsome whatever he may be.

Wahnt whant whaaaa so so many extra cockerels. Pretty confident in everyone now which has me at 7 & 7 - truly my luck!!

Unless you bought them sexed that is what you would expect, half and half. You could process the boys or re-home them. That many cockerels would be a burden on you and your pullets.
