Am I a roo or a hen?

PLEASE help tell me if i have roo's or hens. I think i have all hens or at least i hope so.

But I do need to get a roo for my hubby he wants one.

How old are these birds? Are they all different birds and what breed are they?

They look like pullets to me from the head shots, but full body shots would definitely be helpful to tell for sure.

they are lav orps and are about 16 weeks. They person I got then from did not know the exact age.

At 16 weeks those should all be pullets.
