Am I a roo? partridge silkie (with pics)

I brought home 10 bantams from TSC. i new there would be some roos but wow i think this one maybe the 4th. The other 3 are definately but this is the only one of this breed. Can anyone tell if this is a roo? He/ she is 4 weeks old. I believe it is a partridge silkie but other than that i a not sure.

We would need to see pictures of the back and wings. Partridge can be sexed by feather color, but at that age the chest feathers are the same in males and females.
 
Yes, still a little early on this one. In the last picture the color looks even across the back and down the neck which indicates female. In the first shot of wing and back there is some more red highlights which indicates male but it could be the lighting. In any case if you start seeing more reddish-orange feathers across the top of wings and on the back you have a male. The wing feathers seem to have partridge pattern throughout which also indicates female. Solid color feathers in the wings of a partridge is typical for males.
