I kinda thought the same thing - one may need a sense of humor...There's another good book called "Barnyard in Your Backyard" that addresses feed, housing/bedding etc. I got a copy at our feed store....

Thats it I've had it! When I get home the AC is being called no matter what happens to me! I'm so furious right now! I was told by a friend that over Friday and Saturday that 5 chickens (leghorns) have died. I asked my friend what he was feeding them and she said FISH PELLETS!!!!!

I just went out and found another dead leghorn and a little LaFletche (sp?) pullet dead!@#%^$##$$#^ I AM SO PEEVED! I hate myself for not calling sooner. It's done and over NOW!
