for getting couple day old chicks in FEB? I will be going to p/u so it's not like they have to be shipped. But I know that all the local feed stores don't start getting chicks until April. They should be fine right, as long as I keep them warm enough in their brooder? My last batch of chicks I got were in July...so this is my first experience w/ winter babies. Plus I'm in NC, so while it's been cold it's not nearly as cold as some of the snowy states. TIA
!!!! This is my first time having baby chicks in the winter but I have to admit it's kinda COOL...after all what else is there to do??? As I write this it's STILL snowing outside!!!
