Am I dealing with sour crop or something else?

Ok so off and on my hen has been acting lethargic and not scratching around just kind of sitting there. This goes on and off for a while. Well last weekend I found out she was loaded with mites, so I cleaned her and the rest of the hens up and the next day she was acting fantastic m, scratching around, running to me when I got the meal worms. Well today she’s off again. She just walks around the yard and will just stop and stand, eventually just laying down. Does this for a while. Well I picked her up like a football to look at her bottom cuz it had some poop stuck and liquid came out of her mouth all over my pants and smelled AWFUL, she had just got a drink of water. Her crop is squishy. So I wasn’t sure if this sounds like sour crop, or anemia from the mites? Tonight I took her out my herself and gave her scrambled egg mixed with a little grit, cottage cheese and she ate it, not vigorously like she use to though, just picked at it. Went back in the run and just laid. So any thoughts. I’m attaching a photo to see the color of her comb. And another photo of how she just stands and closes her eyes. Also I noticed while she was free ranging that she was drinking a lot of water. Not laying and I don’t think eating the regular food much, filled it up this AM she usually comes running to eat and didn’t leave the run.

Sorry about your chicken. It does sound like she may have sour crop. How old is she? Does she still lay eggs? If you have vet care, that would be best. Antifungal medications such as Medistatin (nystatin) ordered online, or Monistat suppositories or Cream from drugs stores, can be used for treatment. Do not give whole grains, but mushy foods such as soft scrambled egg, a small amount of plain yogurt, or chick feed mixed with a lot of water are good. Electrolytes/vitamins with water are good as well. Here are some good articles about crop problems to read:

She’s probably 4 or so. Not laying at the moment and I’m not really sure she has been. She will just sit there with her feathers fluffed. I will look into those meds. Thank you! I have 11 hens and A rooster, this hen and 2 others I can pick up, she’s def. one of my favorites and would like to do what I can to help her out!

I tried to give monistat but she isn’t eating right now and she had liquid coming from beak so I went a head and held her upside down and a bunch of stinky stuff came out. One was a HUGE grub worm that was still instant and ginormous the body hasn’t broken down yet, also had styrofoam in there. So my question is should I continue to make her vomit every couple hours to get all the stuff out? I know there’s a possibility of aspiration, but idk how to get stuff moving and I’m afraid to syringe feed her when she has liquid coming out.
