Am I feeding properly

They need actual feed pellets, they can't just have scratch. Theyl l pick up the favorites and won't get a balanced diet
It’s a bag that my mom mixes for hers and mine. I may not be saying it right. She mixes a few different things together and I add in the seeds

Your title.

Am I feeding properly

If you are feeding scratch and sunflower seed then the answer is no.
Chicken feed is formulated for the complete nutritional needs of chickens.
They are omnivores, not seed eaters. So therefore. scratch and sunflower seeds will deprive them of the nutrients they need.
As regards scratch, there isn't nearly enough protein and especially essential amino acids.
Regarding sunflower seeds, while they are relatively high in protein, they are too high in fiber and fat. Wee should stick with about 5% fiber for chickens and BOSS has over 20% fiber. It is 30% fat. That's 6 times the fat of what chickens need.
The available protein is used up processing the fiber and fat.

Thank you! I’ll check it out tomorrow to be sure what is all in it. But I’m pretty sure it’s pellets, grains, and seeds mixed. My mom gets different bags and mixes it together.

Most farm and feed stores sell layer feed or flock raiser feed. I prefer one that is homogenizedcrumbles or pellets, where the chickens cannot pick out the “tasty bits” they prefer, leaving the rest. That is better than eating mixed seeds, and a balanced chicken feed is all they need, with all of the protein and other nutrients. Those along with granite poultry grit and crushed oyster shell are needed for a healthy flock. If you feed scratch grains and sunflower seeds as a diet, they will be deficient in protein, vitamins, and minerals. I prefer Purina or Nutrina feeds, but there are others that are good as well.

Ooooh I was wrong! It is layer feed! It basically looks like this after we mix in the seeds!

The seeds and fun stuff should make up less than 10% of their diet. Yes, they may love it, but just like little kids and candy, it shouldn't be their main food source. Feed them pellets designed for chickens, and if you want to give treats, make sure it's less than 1 tablespoon per bird.
