Can you PM me your city? I work so often, but...........maybe I can talk somone here into a short roadtrip? I'll give it my best shot. Depending on which direction you are in, it might be shorter OR too far. I am about 30 minutes South of Lex. I want a Roo to put in with my Naked Necks, so would be looking for a fluffy silkie, (I guess) and the comb shouldn't matter, should it? Never even seen a Show girl except on here and I want a few just for entertainment. People love to see pics of my chickens, and that would be fun to share. He'd have a great home here, we have a way cool hen house, and let them free-range when we are home (huby) during the day.

your silkie at that age should have more signs of being a roo. My next door neighbor has a silkie x that looks like yours and it is a hen.
