Am I losing my mind or did my EE lay a blue egg?

Why would an EE laying a blue egg be unusual? I thought it was desired for an EE to do this.

I always thought that they only layed one color? She usually lays speckled pale green eggs so I didn't expect to see a blue egg from her. I guess the color variation isnt too dramatic though?

Looks like you have a blue and green one. EEs can lay a range of colors and yes blue.

She's the only one laying so far. I do have a Wyandotte who has been squatting. Maybe (the wyandotte) could be mixed with something?

My other gals are 14 week olds with zero comb/wattle development but it's a possibility?

Slight egg color changes are generally gradual and not so dramatic. Can you post a picture of your 'Wyandotte'?
