Am I over-analyzing my chickens??

Okay, so about seven weeks ago we bought a couple of Dutch Bantam chicks to add to our flock. Well we noticed one of them has much more yellow on her comb and legs and her facial feathers (Idk the correct term lol) are quite different from the other one but other than that they look pretty much the same. So I guess what I'm trying to ask is does this coloration indicate a different breed or maybe crossed breeds or does it effect the color of legs she may lay? I've never owned Dutch so I'm a tad lost and confused.. so any input helps!! Thanks

That is strange.
I have some bantams (crosses) and I found that the roosters had lighter legs than the hens (out of two roosters and two hens). I don't know if this was just coincidence or not.
They could be slightly different strains or colorations, perhaps one is a cross between two different colorations.

You can find differences like that probably in most breeds, it can just indicate one is not show quality - because the SOP requires a different color leg, etc. If you aren't interested in showing it makes no difference. Just like a certain breed should have a 'walnut comb" anything else would be a show disqualification. Enjoy your birds.

How old are they? Males usually get a redder /bigger comb earlier than females. I too noticed one has a pale comb and the other is starting to show yellow - maybe on the way to becoming red.

You can also post their photos at "what breed or gender is this," for more opinions. I don't think you are over-analyzing - you are very observant, and that can be an excellent trait.

@GitaBooks Thankyou! I appreciate your time! and @drumstick diva thanks they're about 7 1/2-8 weeks old. At first we were thinking a rooster but we also have a Sebright cockerel who's beginning to crow, his comb is very, very red. I understand different breeds have different developments but the two haven't showed any aggression towards each other so we weren't very sure
