I have my favorite duck Shelley (don't tell the others) as my Blackberry background. Nothing wrong at all with a chicken screen saver!

(Hummm...maybe a screen saver with the quail would be nice for my work computer....)

Are you that bad? I obviously don't think so. But I am that weird person that asked the person cleaning my teeth if they are comfortable. Can I do something to make it easier for you? I figure I am better off with them being the ones that are comfortable during this process.

For the office gift exchange I got a set of glass coaster that you can put pictures in. The office mates laughed that I would use pics of chickens not my kids.

You are fine if you ask me, but then again... We are all chicken biased. Your neighbor would really hate living next to my neighbor. I estimate that they have between 300 -400 chickens, turkeys, etc. all in pens running along the fenceline. But, we knew it when we moved in, so I can't complain. Besides, that means they can't complain about my birds either! It's a win-win.

In the vatican, i'd be the worst person in the room. In vegas i'd be the best. Here I've better manners than most. To be fair the lady was probabally nervious and blurted out the first thought she had, and spent the rest of the visit thinking how bad that sounded.

They were paving the road in front of dads house years ago. I will never forget the look we got from the road crew when aour pet polecat followed us out on to the porch. A few days later one of them asked to use the bathroom. Not thinking anything of it we just pointed it out to him. A minute or two later he comes running threw the house trying to pull up his pants...... I assume the 6 foot gator in our bathtub looked at him wrong or something?
