Am I the only sleepyhead?

Chronic "tiredness" like you are describing can also be a symptom of sleep apnea - you wake up just enough all night long that you never really get good sleep, even if you don't remember it.

I would see a doc.

This exactly. Sleep apnea can cause chronic fatigue, falling asleep at inappropriate times, and can contribute to such conditions as diabetes, and hypertension. GET IT CHECKED OUT!

As soon as we get our Health insurance back, I need to go get a good physical.

Don't ya just love the current American economic situation. My DH with 5 college degrees has to work temp service in a factory! Sheeeshes! Awful powerful glad I live on a farm. I just can't imagine how city folk are coping.

And I really don't want to start a debate, but I am in the same boat - I have health issues and I really need meds and a good physical. I am paying for my meds, but I think one of my conditions is getting worse. If I don't go - which I can't afford - the problem could get worse. Then I end up being a drain on everyone, not just my family.....

I hope you figure out your problem, I found out I had a vaso-constricter nerve issue that - for a while - made me pass out at the end of any exertion.

I have the same problem.... this morning I fell asleep at my desk, good thing I had my door closed

... I know I don't get good sleep. So I'm going to try the melatonin too.

Also, I find if I do my tread mill in the evening, I will sleep better too... if I can just talk myself into going down there to do it.
