Yes styro foam cartons work! I'm using pink styro foam ones....thats why the base is pink

They were the only ones I had in my house. They had chocolate Easter egg candy in them.

I mean cut each carton down the middle long ways. I will find the link for the member who showed me how they do it. I didnt really think it mattered if they were cut or not until I went to angle the eggs. When I went to rest them in the normal uncut egg carton they would fit perfectly, and not sit at an angle. I will make another animation for this one lol.

I forgot to make a pointy end when I made the egg but yes, always pointed end down!

Here is the link! If not for this I probably would not have even used the egg cartons because they didnt work! Maybe my eggs were to large, and they work better with chicken eggs?

I forgot to add, I also used toilet paper rolls when I didnt have enough room in the egg cartons! I cut the toilet paper rolls into 4 rings, and they worked great! Although I have enough egg cartons to fit all the eggs now I still leave them in the rings because the eggs seem to like it!
