I have the ducklings and a herd of chicklets in the guest bedroom right now... it is still way to cold in NH to let anyone outside.. the question I have is .... the room itself feels very warm... I think the heat lamps are heating the entire room it is quite toasty in there like sweat worthy toasty.... does the room itself have to be so warm or do they just need a place where it can get to be the 90 degrees if they get cold.

The space that they occupy needs to be 90 the first week, dropping by 5 degrees a week, with a few cooler places that they can move to if they want to. It needs to be free of drafts, and reasonably well ventilated.
