My tomatoes have sprouted!
My seed trays arrived!
And I found the perfect nursery!

This is the big skylight at the dining hall. It’s so bright that sometimes I can cook without turning the lights on. So I’m going to put my seed trays on the counter there. No lights on in the pic.

I know it sounds silly for me to whine about how impatient I am, but I’m trying to have first harvests by the first of June when the kids are coming in. So I’m feeling a big time crunch here.

If you’re still following along and hanging in here, thanks for holding my hands! I’m optimistic but still extremely nervous.

Picture day! My garden area is cleared and we’re hoping/praying for a donation of fencing and tposts, so no fence yet. That hurricane fence was donated and it 48ft (49.5, so factored in losing a bit) so the garden is area is now going to be 48x48. I have lots of poles cut for bean wigwams! I’m waiting on pallets and warm weather, and then I’ll be unstoppable!

There is still white fuzz in my seed trays and I’m afraid to water them. Should I try to remove it?
