I plan I'm planting some Ambrosia sweet corn later this week. It said it's safe with all varieties of sweet corn. Is there any kinds that I can't plant with or near it that won't be cross pollinated? I'm new to planting sweet corn on my own so any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

My father planted 4 rows of ambrosia today. There are 2 ways that i'm aware of to reduce the chance of cross pollination in corn.

1st plant them as far apart as possible since they are wind pollinated

2nd is to try to have at least 2 weeks difference between the maturity dates of the tassels. I looked up the maturity date of ambrosia and its 75 days. Assuming you had another type of corn with a 70 something maturity date you could wait 3 weeks to plant the second type that way the tassels mature at different times.
