I got this new baby today was told SHE is just over a month old. Thoughts?

She doesn't look feathered enough to be a month old. I'd say she's around 3 weeks old. Chicks should be almost fully feathered by 4 weeks.

Until she's at least 6 weeks old there won't be any real clues as to her gender. Between 6-8 weeks is generally when you can start to see definite indications, though some breeds can take longer.
