Ameracauna or really pretty EE?

Have a new hen I rescued from a neighbor. She was locked in a pen with a rooster that was over breeding her and ripping her feathers out. Guy said she was an ameracauna vut I'm unsure. She is blue and reddish, same colorings as a blue wheaten rooster basically. Either way she's beautiful and a great layer. Lemme know what you think.

I'd also say EE because the legs don't look to be slate blue. Beautiful coloring though!
